For over forty years, Aconia Casting has supplied the jewellery trade with precision precious metal castings from our workshop in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. We work with retailers, designers, and manufacturers across the UK, producing everything from unique bespoke pieces to large-scale production runs.

We operate five high-specification casting machines, in use daily to maintain a smooth, reliable workflow. This capacity allows us to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Every casting is produced with care, then checked thoroughly to ensure it meets both our own standards and those of our customers.

We can work from a variety of sources, including hand-carved waxes, 3D printed models, and master patterns. Our team is experienced in handling different materials, ensuring that whatever your starting point, the end result matches your expectations.

Our moulding service allows multiple casts to be made from a single master, making repeat orders straightforward and cost-effective. We create moulds from a wide range of materials and patterns, giving you flexibility in how you bring your designs to production.
